14         On page 22, line 22, through
15            page 23, line 29, delete those lines.

17  and insert:
18         Section 13.  Subsection (4) of section 501.212, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended to read:
20         501.212  Application.--This part does not apply to:
21         (4)  Any person or activity regulated under laws
22  administered by:
23         (a)  The Department of Financial Services or the Office
24  of Insurance Regulation of the Financial Services Commission;
25  or
26         (b)  Banks and savings and loan associations regulated
27  by the Office of Financial Regulation of the Financial
28  Services Commission; or
29         (c)  Banks or savings and loan associations regulated
30  by federal agencies; or.
31         (d)  Any person or activity regulated under the laws
