17 Section 77. Subsection (4) is added to section
18 626.99245, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 626.99245 Conflict of regulation of viaticals.--
20 (4) The offer, sale, and purchase of viatical
21 settlement contracts, and the regulation of viatical
22 settlement providers shall be within the exclusive
23 jurisdiction of the Office of Insurance Regulation under the
24 provisions of Part X of chapter 626.
