| 5 | Between lines 745 and 746, insert: |
| 6 | Section 9. Funds are appropriated as follows for Fiscal |
| 7 | Year 2004-2005 to implement the provisions of this act. There is |
| 8 | hereby appropriated in the Justice Administration Commission, 62 |
| 9 | full-time equivalent positions and $1,923,525 from the General |
| 10 | Revenue Fund. From these funds, 34 full-time equivalent |
| 11 | positions and $1,090,058 from the General Revenue Fund shall be |
| 12 | provided to the public defenders and 28 full-time equivalent |
| 13 | positions and $833,467 shall be provided to the state attorneys |
| 14 | for 6 months for the purpose of implementing this act. There is |
| 15 | hereby appropriated 2 full-time equivalent positions and $65,000 |
| 16 | from the General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Health Care |
| 17 | Administration for the purpose of implementing this act for |
| 18 | Fiscal Year 2004-2005. There is hereby appropriated to the State |
| 19 | Courts 3 full-time equivalent positions and $477,456 from the |
| 20 | General Revenue Fund to cover costs of implementing the bill for |
| 21 | six months. |
