1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to school and building designation at
3	Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University;
4	designating the School of Business and Industry at Florida
5	Agricultural and Mechanical University as the "Sybil
6	Collins Mobley School of Business and Industry";
7	designating the School of Journalism and Graphic
8	Communication building at Florida Agricultural and
9	Mechanical University as the "Robert M. Ruggles Building";
10	authorizing the university to erect suitable markers;
11	providing an effective date.

13	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15	Section 1. The School of Business and Industry at Florida
16	Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
17	"Sybil Collins Mobley School of Business and Industry."
18	Section 2. The School of Journalism and Graphic
19	Communication building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical
20	University is designated as the "Robert M. Ruggles Building."
21	Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is authorized to
22	erect suitable markers for the designation.
23	Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
