17 Section 14. (1) The Florida Agricultural and
18 Mechanical University-Florida State University College of
19 Engineering Building in Tallahassee is designated as the
20 "Herbert F. Morgan Building."
21 (2) The Student Life Building at Florida State
22 University, located at 113 South Wildwood Drive, is designated
23 as the "Reubin O'D. Askew Student Life Center."
24 (3) The new residence hall complex at Florida State
25 University, located at 921 College Avenue, is designated as
26 the "Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall."
27 (4) The Education and Administration Building at the
28 Florida State University College of Medicine is designated as
29 the "John E. Thresher Building."
30 (5) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
31 Florida State University, respectively, are authorized to

1 erect markers for the designation of the Herbert F. Morgan
2 Building as described in subsection (1), the Reubin O'D. Askew
3 Building as described in subsection (2), the Sherrill Williams
4 Ragans Hall as described in subsection (3), and the John E.
5 Thresher Building as described in subsection (4).
6 Section 15. (1) The Infant and Child Development
7 Center Building at the University of South Florida is
8 designated as the "Archie and Mary Louise Silver Child
9 Development Center."
10 (2)(a) The building known as Coquina Hall, located on
11 the campus of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg
12 in Pinellas County, is designated as "H. William Heller Hall."
13 (b) This subsection shall take effect upon the date of
14 the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller from, or
15 the termination of H. William Heller's employment with, the
16 University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
17 (3) The University of South Florida is authorized to
18 erect markers for the designation of the Archie and Mary
19 Louise Silver Child Development Center as described in
20 subsection (1) and the H. William Heller Hall as described in
21 subsection (2).
