1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Land Acquisition and Facilities
3	Advisory Board; repealing s. 1013.512, F.S.; abolishing
4	the Land Acquisition and Facilities Advisory Board and
5	provisions relating thereto; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Section 1013.512, Florida Statutes, is
10	repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
