14 On page 43, between lines 10 and 11,

16 insert:
17 Section 19. Subsection (1) of section 1012.465,
18 Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 1012.465 Background screening requirements for certain
20 noninstructional school district employees and contractors.--
21 (1) Noninstructional school district employees or
22 contractual personnel who are permitted access on school
23 grounds when students are present, who have direct contact
24 with students or who have access to or control of school funds
25 must meet level 2 screening requirements as described in s.
26 1012.32. Contractual personnel shall include any vendor,
27 individual, or entity under contract with the school board.
