  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Voluntary

  3         Prekindergarten Education Program; expressing

  4         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  5         to the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education

  6         Program; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
