  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to enterprise zones; repealing

  3         s. 290.016, F.S.; abrogating the repeal of the

  4         Florida Enterprise Zone Act of 1994; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Section 290.016, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
