| 7 | 98.485 Election dates.--The supervisor of elections in |
| 8 | each county shall submit to the respective district school board |
| 9 | a calendar of election dates. Based on the submission of such |
| 10 | information, each district school board shall set its teacher |
| 11 | planning days to coincide with election dates and make its |
| 12 | schools available as polling places. The supervisor of elections |
| 13 | shall coordinate with the district school board to ensure that |
| 14 | the district school board is notified in a timely manner for |
| 15 | purposes of planning for the school year. |
