In  addition  to  existing  projects  funded  in  Specific Appropriation
527,  $300,000  from  nonrecurring  General  Revenue is provided for the
following project:

Jackson County Health Department Construction (Jackson).....     300,000

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 527, INSERT:

In  addition  to  existing  projects  funded  in  Specific Appropriation
527,  $350,000  from  nonrecurring  General  Revenue is provided for the
following projects:

Jackson County Health Department Construction (Jackson).....     300,000
New Central Brevard County Health Department................      50,000
