Following Specific Appropriation 157, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 157, $25,000 from the General
Revenue Fund is provided to the Florida Association of Community Health
Centers for the infrastructure build out for electronic health records
for federally qualified health centers throughout the state.  

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
