Funds in Specific Appropriation 1306A are provided to continue
critical activities of the Parole Commission upon elimination of the
Commission.  Funds from Specific Appropriation 1306A shall be
transferred, as provided by the Legislature, to the Executive Office of
the Governor, the Department of Corrections and the Office of the
Attorney General, or as otherwise provided by the Legislature.
