Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1569, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1569, $25,000 from the State
Housing Trust Fund is provided for the Homeownership Educational Program
to be used for helping first time homebuyers prepare for, and be
adequately informed about the process of buying a home.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
