In Section 05, on Page 191, DELETE the following:

and insert in lieu thereof:

Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI).......................  22,885,716
Security for Religious Institutes ..........................   8,000,000

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
