| 5 | (d) Ensure that the operation of slots in no way will |
| 6 | diminish the pari-mutual operation at the approved site. |
| 7 | (e) Upon approval of any changes relating to the pari- |
| 8 | mutuel permit by the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering in the |
| 9 | Department of Business and Professional Regulation, be |
| 10 | responsible for providing appropriate current and accurate |
| 11 | documentation on a timely basis to the division in order to |
| 12 | continue the slot machine license in good standing. Changes in |
| 13 | ownership or interest of a slot machine gaming license of 5 |
| 14 | percent or more of the stock or other evidence of ownership or |
| 15 | equity in the slot machine license or any parent corporation or |
| 16 | other business entity that in any way owns or controls the slot |
| 17 | machine license shall be approved by the division prior to such |
| 18 | change, unless the owner is an existing holder of that license |
| 19 | who was previously approved by the division. Changes in |
| 20 | ownership or interest of a slot machine license of less than 5 |
| 21 | percent shall be reported to the division within 20 days after |
| 22 | the change. The division may then conduct an investigation to |
| 23 | ensure that the license is properly updated to show the change |
| 24 | in ownership or interest. |
| 25 | (f) Allow unrestricted access and right of inspection by |
| 26 | the division to facilities of a slot machine licensee in which |
| 27 | any activity relative to the conduct of slot machine gaming is |
| 28 | conducted. |
| 29 | (g) Submit a security plan, including a slot machine floor |
| 30 | plan, location of security cameras, and the listing of security |
| 31 | equipment which shall be capable of observing and electronically |
| 32 | recording activities being conducted in the designated slot |
| 33 | machine gaming area. |
| 34 | (h) Provide the division with a detailed operating system |
| 35 | description, including, but not limited to, any operating |
| 36 | software, access to the source codes for each game and slot |
| 37 | machine it will offer for play at its slot machine facility, and |
| 38 | certification by an independent testing laboratory that the |
| 39 | games, slot machines, and computer operating system conform to |
| 40 | the requirements of this chapter. Such descriptions shall also |
| 41 | be made available to the Department of Law Enforcement. The |
| 42 | division shall review and approve each game and machine for |
| 43 | compliance with this chapter and rules regulating games and slot |
| 44 | machines prior to approval of the game and machine. A slot |
| 45 | machine licensee shall not operate any game or machine prior to |
| 46 | its approval for use in its facility by the division. |
| 47 | (i) Provide the division with a complete copy of internal |
