15 On page 59, between lines 13 and 14,

18 Section 5. If section 1002.39, Florida Statutes, the
19 John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities
20 Program, is found to violate Section 3 of Article I, of the
21 State Constitution, a nonsectarian private school may continue
22 to participate in the program.
