14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 106, lines 13-19, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (4) In regard to human remains delivered to the
19 control of the anatomical board of this state headquartered at
20 the University of Florida Health Science Center, the
21 provisions of this subsection and chapter shall not be
22 construed to prohibit the anatomical board from causing the
23 final disposition of such human remains through cremation or
24

28 On page 7, line 2, after the semicolon,

30 insert:
