A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to the Criminal Punishment Code; amending
3s. 921.0022, F.S.; including offenses involving the
4possession of photographic material containing sexual
5conduct by a minor, the transmission of pornography by
6electronic device, and the transmission to a minor of
7material harmful to minors by electronic device within the
8offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment
9Code; reclassifying within the offense severity ranking
10chart the offense of soliciting a child by a computer
11service to commit an unlawful sexual act, which is a
12felony of the third degree, to increase the penalty
13imposed for that offense; providing an effective date.

15Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

17     Section 1.  Paragraphs (e), (f), and (g) of subsection (3)
