  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Highway

  3         Safety and Motor Vehicles; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         the Department of Highway Safety and Motor

  6         Vehicles; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor

12  Vehicles.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
