14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 19, between lines 3 and 4,

17  insert:  
18         (7)  A person, talent agency, or advance-fee talent
19  service that fails to provide a copy of the letter from the
20  Department of Business and Professional Regulation indicating
21  the results of the criminal history record as required in
22  subsection (6) commits:
23         (a)  A misdemeanor of the second degree for a first
24  offense, punishable as provided in section 775.082 or section
25  775.083, Florida Statutes.
26         (b)  A misdemeanor of the first degree for a second or
27  subsequent violation, punishable as provided in section
28  775.082 or section 775.083, Florida Statutes.
