| 6 | (p) Any business whose primary business is the sale, |
| 7 | rental, and/or trading of motion picture videos and/or video |
| 8 | games, provided that the business: |
| 9 | 1. Requires the sellers of secondhand goods to have a |
| 10 | current account with the business. |
| 11 | 2. Has on file in any readily accessible format the name, |
| 12 | current residential address, home and work telephone numbers, |
| 13 | government-issued identification number, place of employment, |
| 14 | date of birth, gender, and right thumbprint of each seller of |
| 15 | secondhand goods. |
| 16 | 3. Purchases secondhand goods from the property owner or |
| 17 | his or her representative at the place of business pursuant to a |
| 18 | written agreement signed by the property owner that describes |
| 19 | the property purchased and states the date and time of the |
| 20 | purchase and that the seller is the lawful owner of such |
| 21 | property. |
| 22 | 4. Retains such purchase agreements for not less than 1 |
| 23 | year. |
| 24 | 5. Pays for the purchased property in the form of a store |
| 25 | credit issued to the seller which is redeemable solely by the |
| 26 | seller or other authorized user of the seller's account with |
| 27 | that business. |
| 28 | (q)(o) A motor vehicle dealer as defined in s. 320.27. |
