| 12 | collector shall also mail to the last known address of the then- |
| 13 | delinquent real property owner a certified letter, return |
| 14 | receipt requested, advising the property owner that his or her |
| 15 | taxes on the property are delinquent and that a certificate will |
| 16 | be sold if the taxes are not made current by the date set forth |
| 17 | in the letter. |
