15 On page 23, between lines 11 and 12,

17 insert:
18 Section 6. Subsection (11) of section 163.01, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 163.01 Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969.--
21 (11) Prior to its effectiveness, an interlocal
22 agreement and subsequent amendments thereto shall be filed
23 with the clerk of the circuit court of each county where a
24 party to the agreement is located; however, if the parties to
25 the agreement are located in multiple counties and the
26 agreement, pursuant to subsection (7), provides for a separate
27 legal entity or administrative entity to administer the
28 agreement, the interlocal agreement and any amendments thereto
29 may be filed with the clerk of the circuit court in the county
30 where the legal or administrative entity maintains its
31 principal place of business.
