| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 10 | Section 1. Subsection (19) is added to section 320.02, |
| 11 | Florida Statutes, to read: |
| 12 | 320.02 Registration required; application for |
| 13 | registration; forms.-- |
| 14 | (19) Notwithstanding s. 320.023(1), the application form |
| 15 | for motor vehicle registration and renewal of registration must |
| 16 | include language permitting a voluntary contribution of $2 per |
| 17 | applicant to the Florida National Guard Foundation. |
| 18 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
