| 121 | Section 4. The sums of $517,568 in recurring funds and |
| 122 | $20,214 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the General |
| 123 | Revenue Fund to the circuit and county courts for the 2005-2006 |
| 124 | fiscal year, and 9 full-time equivalent positions and 705,157 in |
| 125 | approved salary rate are authorized. The sum of $41,846 in |
| 126 | recurring funds is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to |
| 127 | the Office of the State Attorney 20th Circuit for the 2005-2006 |
| 128 | fiscal year, and 2 full-time equivalent positions and 58,791 in |
| 129 | approved salary rate are authorized. |
| 130 | Section 5. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this |
| 131 | act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
