15 On page 3, between lines 26 and 27,

17 insert:
18 (6) Institutions shall certify to the department the
19 amount of funds disbursed to each student and shall remit to
20 the department any undisbursed advances or refunds within 60
21 days after the end of regular registration. A student is not
22 eligible to receive the access grant for more than 9 semesters
23 or 14 quarters, except as otherwise provided in s. 1009.40(3).
