| 2 | An act relating to Broward County; requiring the Broward |
| 3 | County Property Appraiser to forward a copy of the |
| 4 | findings of the Department of Revenue regarding the |
| 5 | Broward County assessment rolls to the Mayor of Broward |
| 6 | County; providing an effective date. |

| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |

| 10 | Section 1. The Broward County Property Appraiser shall, |
| 11 | within 90 business days after receipt of the findings of the |
| 12 | Florida Department of Revenue regarding the Broward County |
| 13 | assessment rolls, forward a copy of the findings to the Mayor of |
| 14 | Broward County. The data furnished to the mayor shall be |
| 15 | identical to that furnished to the property appraiser, including |
| 16 | all statistical and analytical measures computed for the real |
| 17 | property assessment roll as a whole and the personal property |
| 18 | assessment roll as a whole and, independently for the real |
| 19 | property classes and subclasses studied, results of any audit or |
| 20 | review of procedures used by the county property appraiser. If |
| 21 | Broward County is not being studied in the current year, the |
| 22 | findings must include any value-weighted mean levels of |
| 23 | assessment projected for that year pursuant to state law. |
| 24 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
