| 22 | District. The number of judges of each district court of appeal |
| 23 | shall be as follows: |
| 24 | (2) In the second district there shall be 15 14 judges. |
| 25 | (4) In the fourth district there shall be 13 12 judges. |
| 26 | Section 6. One hundred and fifty-one full-time equivalent |
| 27 | positions and 12,248,758 in associated salary rate are |
| 28 | authorized, and the sums of $11,727,792 in recurring funds and |
| 29 | $390,288 in nonrecurring funds are hereby appropriated from the |
| 30 | General Revenue Fund to the state courts for the 2006-2007 |
| 31 | fiscal year. |
