13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 16, between lines 17 and 18,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 15.  For purposes of ss. 810.08 and 810.09,
18  Florida Statutes, no person may lawfully remain on any
19  property or in any structure that is held open to the public
20  generally for commercial purposes and from which agricultural
21  products are sold or is permitted under chapter 500, Florida
22  Statutes, after the owner or its agent orders that person to
23  leave the premises because the person is engaged in an
24  activity deemed by the owner or its agent to be detrimental to
25  the commercial purposes for which the premises is held open
26  for the public.
