19 district, or the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
20 Services to develop or demonstrate interim measures or best
21 management practices is granted a presumption of compliance
22 with state water quality standards and release from s.
23 376.307(5) which is limited to the research site for those
24 pollutants addressed by the practices.
