11 The Committee on Health Care (Saunders) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, between lines 20 and 21,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. Subsection (2) of section 480.043, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 480.043 Massage establishments; requisites; licensure;
21 inspection.--
22 (2) The board shall adopt rules governing the
23 operation of establishments and their facilities, personnel,
24 safety and sanitary requirements, including private pools and
25 water therapy facilities in establishments licensed pursuant
26 to this section, financial responsibility, insurance coverage,
27 and the license application and granting process.
