15 On page 2, line 26, through page 3, line 3, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert:
19 3. Notwithstanding subparagraph 1., and the provisions
20 of ss. 253.111 and 253.115, any parcel of land less than 3
21 acres in size, which was acquired by the state prior to 1955
22 from a fair association incorporated under chapter 616 for
23 the purpose of conducting and operating public fairs or
24 expositions, and which was acquired by gift or other
25 conveyance for which minimal consideration was paid, shall be
26 declared surplus land by the board and shall be conveyed at no
27 cost to such fair association by special warranty deed to be
28 executed by the board no later than August 31, 2006.
