  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws providing

  4         a public-records exemption relating to economic

  5         development for the space industry; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  providing a public-records exemption relating to economic

12  development for the space industry.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
