11 The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended
12 the following amendment:

15 On page 8, line 6, delete that line

17 and insert:
18 Section 6. The sums of $479,334 in recurring funds and
19 $57,830 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from the
20 Regulatory Trust Fund in the Office of Financial Regulation in
21 the Department of Financial Services for the 2006-2007 fiscal
22 year for the purpose of funding the provisions of this act,
23 and ten full-time equivalent positions with $415,996 in
24 associated salary rate are authorized.
25 Section 7. This act shall take effect October 1, 2006.
