  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise s.

11  288.1088, Florida Statutes, relating to the Quick Action

12  Closing Fund.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
