15 On page 33, between lines 22 and 23,

17 and insert:
18 Section 22. Paragraph (eee) is added to subsection (4)
19 of section 320.08056, Florida Statutes,
20 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
21 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
22 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
23 (eee) Future Farmers of America license plate, $25.
24 Section 23. Subsection (57) is added to section
25 320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:
26 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
27 (57) FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA LICENSE PLATES.--
28 (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 320.08053,
29 the department shall develop a Future Farmers of America
30 license plate as provided in this section. Future Farmers of
31 America license plates must bear the colors and design

1 approved by the department. The word "Florida" must appear at
2 the top of the plate, and the words "Agricultural Education"
3 must appear at the bottom of the plate.
4 (b) The license plate annual use fee shall be
5 distributed quarterly to the Florida Future Farmers of America
6 Foundation, Inc., to fund activities and services of the
7 Future Farmers of America.
8 (c) The Florida Future Farmers of America Foundation,
9 Inc., shall retain all revenue from the annual use fees until
10 all startup costs for developing and establishing the plates
11 have been recovered. Thereafter, up to 10 percent of the
12 annual use fee revenue may be used for administrative,
13 handling, and disbursement expenses and up to 5 percent may be
14 used for advertising and marketing costs. All remaining annual
15 use fee revenue shall be used by the Florida Future Farmers of
16 America Foundation, Inc., to fund its activities, programs,
17 and projects, including, but not limited to, student and
18 teacher leadership programs, the Foundation for Leadership
19 Training Center, teacher recruitment and retention, and other
20 special projects.
