16 On page 33, between lines 22 and 23,

18 insert:
19 Section 22. Paragraph (a) of subsection (8) of section
20 320.08056, Florida Statutes, as amended by section 1 of
21 chapter 2005-357, Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
22 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
23 (8)(a) The department must discontinue the issuance of
24 an approved specialty license plate if the number of valid
25 specialty plate registrations falls below 1,000 plates for at
26 least 12 consecutive months. A warning letter shall be mailed
27 to the sponsoring organization following the first month in
28 which the total number of valid specialty plate registrations
29 is below 1,000 plates. This paragraph does not apply to
30 collegiate license plates established under s. 320.08058(3).
