4Remove line(s) 68-88 and insert:
5     b.  The manufacturer of the prescription drug shipped
6directly to the recipient must provide and the recipient of the
7prescription drug must acquire, within 14 days after receipt of
8the prescription drug, a shipping document from the manufacturer
9that contains, at a minimum:
10     (I)  The name and address of the manufacturer, including
11the point of origin of the shipment; the wholesaler; and such
12purchaser.
13     (II)  The name of the prescription drug as it appears on
14the label.
15     (III)  The quantity, dosage form, and strength of the
16prescription drug.
17     (IV)  The date of the shipment from the manufacturer.

19The wholesale distributor must also maintain and make available
20to the department, upon request, the lot number of the
21prescription drug if the lot number is not contained in the
22shipping document acquired by the recipient.
23     7.  Failure of the manufacturer to provide, the recipient
24to acquire, or the wholesale distributor to deliver, the
25documentation required under subparagraph 6. shall constitute
26failure to acquire or deliver a pedigree paper under s.
27499.0051. Forgery by the manufacturer, the recipient, or the
