12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 24, between lines 12 & 13,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 13.  Effective upon this act becoming a law,
19  the $30 million appropriated in s. 1013.65(2)(a)4.c., Florida
20  Statutes, as provided by section 25 of chapter 2005-290, Laws
21  of Florida, which was vetoed for the 2005-2006 fiscal year,
22  which sum is in the Public Education Capital Outlay and Debt
23  Service Trust Fund in the Department of Education, is
24  appropriated for the 2005-2006 fiscal year on a nonrecurring
25  basis to the High Growth District Capital Outlay Assistance
26  Grant Program created in s. 1013.738, Florida Statutes.

 9         fiscal year, and the sum which is in the Public
10         Education Capital Outlay and Debt Service Trust
11         Fund in the Department of Education, for the
