17 Section 6. The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from
18 nonrecurring general revenue to the Department of Health for
19 the purpose of undertaking an ongoing study of the medical
20 effects on victims upon whom a dart-firing stun gun has been
21 used and providing the Legislature with a written report
22 concerning these medical effects on students upon whom a
23 dart-firing stun gun was used between January 1, 2001, and
24 August 1, 2006.
