  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Children

  3         and Family Services; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to the

  5         Department of Children and Family Services;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Department of Children and Family Services.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
