| 7 | (6) For any proposed outsourcing, a state employee or |
| 8 | state employees shall have the right to submit a proposal or |
| 9 | business case analysis as an alternative to the proposed |
| 10 | outsourcing. In the event that the proposal is accepted and the |
| 11 | implementation thereof results in savings to the state, the |
| 12 | state employee or employees shall receive a 10-percent share of |
| 13 | the savings realized as a result of the implementation of the |
| 14 | proposal, not to exceed $100,000. |
