  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to preinsurance inspections;

  3         repealing s. 627.744, F.S., relating to the

  4         required preinsurance inspection of private

  5         passenger motor vehicles; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Section 627.744, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
