11  Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, lines 15-28, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  Taxation Committee; and the appropriate property
17  appraiser. Upon releasing its findings, the department shall
18  notify the chairperson of the appropriate county commission or
19  the corresponding official under a consolidated charter that
20  the department's findings are available upon request. The
21  department shall, within 90 days after receiving a written
22  request from the chairperson of the appropriate county
23  commission or the corresponding official under a consolidated
24  charter, forward a copy of its findings, including the
25  confidence interval for the median and such other measures of
26  each classification or subclassification studies and for all
27  the roll as a whole, and related statistical and analytical
28  details, to the requesting party.

 6         amending s. 195.096, F.S.; requiring the
 7         Department of Revenue to notify the county
 8         commissioner or the corresponding officer under
 9         a consolidation charter that its findings
10         regarding the review of the county tax
11         assessment roll are available upon request;
12         requiring the Department of Revenue to forward
13         its findings within 90 days after a request;
14         providing an effective date.
