  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Opportunity Scholarship

  3         Program; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact laws relating to the Opportunity

  5         Scholarship Program; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  relating to the Opportunity Scholarship Program, in connection

12  with Senate Interim Project 2006-139.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
