  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to collective bargaining by

  3         state employees; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to collective

  5         bargaining by state employees; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to collective bargaining by state employees.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
