  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the sale and distribution of

  3         prescription drugs; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to the sale and

  5         distribution of prescription drugs; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the sale and distribution of prescription drugs.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
