  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Comprehensive Statewide

  3         Tobacco Education and Prevention Program;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  5         laws relating to the Comprehensive Statewide

  6         Tobacco Education and Prevention Program;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to the Comprehensive Statewide Tobacco Education and

13  Prevention Program.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
