15 On page 5, between lines 11 and 12,

17 insert:
18 Section 14. Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
19 Nursing designated; Department of Health to erect suitable
20 markers.--
21 (1) The Florida Center for Nursing, created by s.
22 464.0195, Florida Statutes, and located in Orlando, is
23 designated as the "Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
24 Nursing."
25 (2) The Department of Health is directed to erect
26 suitable markers designating the Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin
27 Center for Nursing as described in subsection (1).
